Miragea API Terms of Use

1. API service description

1. The API is used to invoke text-to-speech (TTS) capabilities.
2. API endpoints are billed by usage volume or subscription.
3. We reserve the right to upgrade, adjust, or discontinue API endpoints.

2. API Key management

1. API Keys are sensitive credentials and must be properly safeguarded by users.
2. Do not disclose, sell, or share them with third parties.
3. Users are responsible for losses caused by disclosure.

3. Usage restrictions (important)

1. Prohibited conduct

• Reselling or subleasing API services
• Packaging the API as a third-party service for external provision
• Using it to train or optimize other AI models
• Generating illegal or non-compliant content in bulk
• Bypassing billing or security mechanisms

2. Invocation limits

• You must comply with invocation rate limits
• Do not abuse or spam API endpoints

4. Risk control and restriction measures

1. We reserve the right to rate-limit abnormal traffic.
2. API access may be suspended or terminated at any time.
3. Violations will result in Key bans without refunds.

5. Fees and settlement

1. Fees are charged by usage volume or plan.
2. Fees are non-refundable once paid, except as required by law.
3. Abnormal invocations may still be billed.

6. Data and privacy

用户调用 API 时提交的数据可能被用于服务提供与匿名化优化， 不用于识别用户身份。

7. Intellectual property

1. The API and related technologies are owned by our company.
2. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or extract model capabilities.

8. Limitation of liability

1. The API is provided “as is” with no guarantee of stability.
2. We are not liable for indirect losses.
3. The maximum compensation is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months.

9. Service termination

10. Governing law

The laws of the People’s Republic of China apply, and disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Wuhan.
