Miragea User Terms of Service

1. Service Content

1. This service is an artificial intelligence-based text-to-speech (TTS) service.
2. Service formats include Web, API, audio generation, and more.
3. We have the right to adjust, upgrade, or change the service.

2. User Accounts

1. Users must provide true information when registering an account.
2. Accounts may not be transferred, rented, or lent.
3. Users are solely responsible for risks arising from account credential leaks.

3. Usage Rules

1. Content Compliance

• Must not violate laws or regulations
• Must not generate illegal, violent, pornographic, or similar content
• Must not infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of others

2. Technical Abuse

• Attacks, API spamming, and reverse engineering are prohibited

3. AI Voice Risks (Important)

• Must not be used to impersonate another person’s voice
• Must not be used for fraud or to mislead the public
• Unauthorized voice cloning is prohibited

Violating these rules will result in account suspension and legal liability.

4. Intellectual Property

1. User-input content belongs to the user or the rights holder.
2. Generated audio may be used by users within lawful limits.
3. Platform technologies and models are owned by our company.

5. Fees and Payment

1. This service is a paid service (usage-based or subscription-based).
2. Virtual services are generally non-refundable.
3. Abnormal usage may result in service suspension.

6. API Terms of Use

1. The API is not guaranteed to remain continuously stable.
2. The platform may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access at any time.
3. Abnormal calls will be blocked.

7. Data and Privacy

User data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Generated content may be used for anonymized optimization and will not be used to identify users.

8. AI Disclaimer

1. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or biased.
2. Users should independently assess the risks of use.
3. Generated content must not be used for illegal purposes.

9. Service termination

10. Limitation of Liability (Core Terms)

1. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or similar damages.
2. Maximum compensation will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure.

13. Governing Law

Chinese law applies, and disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Wuhan.

• Invalidity of some terms does not affect the agreement as a whole
